Meet the darker side of Hidden Harbor with Cobra’s Fang: an immersive dining and drinking experience launching in our revamped dining room starting on Thursday, May 27. Taking inspiration from the grand Polynesian restaurants of the mid-twentieth century, the Cobra’s Fang experience is organized around a three-course island feast, starting with a chilled course and proceeding through traditional “pupus” and entrees, with vegetarian and vegan options available for each.
